It does not matter where iO relocates to and i will keep dining at this place !! From Groove they relocated to soi 31 and hansar Hotel and i visited Both !! Both locations are so spacious with excellent decor and enough seating even for big groups. The kitchen at Hansar hotel iO is huge which is Perfect !! Delicious tuna salad, Mediterranean salad, pasta, pizza, good selection of wine and tiramisu exceeds all expectations. Moreover, this time I got a chance to meet the CEO Ms Dalila and the Chef as well. Both are so warm,.welcoming and professional !! Keep up the good work folks !!! See you guys soon !! ~ iamhikuza

being a regular at the hansar, a ninth timer, i've enjoyed food at the hansar's restaurant and the adjacent elefin, with local food, many times. the restaurant has been replaced by the iO, the italian osteria - enjoyed various meals there, also with my guides, and summarizing, being an austrian, neighbouring italy, having many italian restaurants in austria as well, that italian restaurant is top, excellent kitchen, food prepared by italians, they know how to do it. all in all a top recommendation with regard to italian food, probably not only in bangkok. all the best to a super team. ~ fluglehrer1050

Had lunch and dinner here several times now and must say I became a big fan despite the fact that as a European, eating Italian in Bangkok may not make a lot of sense. Here it does! I came to learn new aspects of the Italian cuisine, the food in general is delicious, the staff are all very attentive and the location at the Hansar Hotel in a leafy place in a little side street just a few steps away from the Ratchadamri BTS station adds to a very relaxed experience ~ Gregor

Thank you so much for this genuine taste of TRUE Italian cuisine in Bangkok! I come from Piemonte, in the north of Italy, and I had the chance to try the plin, which are typical of my region. I have to say: they were absolutely wonderful — honestly among the best I have ever eaten, even compared to many in Italy. Perfectly made, delicate, and full of flavor. And the parmigiana… simply unforgettable. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, yet warm and welcoming. The beautiful open kitchen adds such a special touch — it’s amazing to see the team working with such precision and passion. Fantastic Italian food and warm hospitality. They have an extensive wine and cocktail list , daily specials and dishes from many regions in Italy ! : I loved the plant filled alfresco dining with ample space for a romantic dinner or a night with friends - this is a great find in the neighborhood- on a quiet soi close to Ratchadamri bts or a 10 min walk to Chidlom. IO is one of the great Italian restaurants in Bangkok. Once in Central World now moved to a much nicer location. It is and will remain a frequent establishment that just brings us peace and great food. I am a simple man of habit and have the same every visit almost and to me the part that IO excels at is keeping me happy. Always great. ~ Jamie L
